Day 1
Arusha → Tarangire National Park | Into Elephant Country – Depart Arusha for Tarangire and begin exploring its Baobab-studded wilderness, seasonal swamps and wildlife-rich river valleys, with excellent opportunities for Elephant, Lion, Giraffe, Zebra and Buffalo encounters. Continue with an afternoon game drive before settling into your lodge or camp surrounded by the sounds of the African bush.

Day 2
Tarangire | Elephants, Baobabs & Hidden Wildlife – Spend a full day discovering Tarangire’s diverse habitats, following elephant families and searching the woodland and plains for predators, giraffes and large herds of plains game. Enjoy a scenic bush lunch or picnic before continuing deeper into the park for an afternoon wildlife experience and sunset over the Tarangire landscape.

Day 3
Tarangire → Ngorongoro Highlands | Into Crater Country – Enjoy a final morning wildlife experience before travelling towards the Ngorongoro Highlands, where the landscape transforms from open savannah into lush highland forest and dramatic volcanic scenery. Arrive at your lodge with time to relax and take in spectacular views towards the Ngorongoro landscape.
Ngorongoro Crater | Big Five in a Natural Amphitheatre – Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive across its grasslands, wetlands and woodland, searching for Lion, Elephant, Buffalo, Hippo, Zebra and other wildlife concentrated within the crater floor. Enjoy a picnic surrounded by the crater scenery before continuing your exploration and ascending to the highlands in the afternoon.
Ngorongoro → Central Serengeti | Into the Endless Plains – Travel towards the Serengeti through changing landscapes, with wildlife sightings beginning to build as you enter the park and the horizon opens into endless grasslands. Continue with an afternoon game drive through Central Serengeti, searching for Lions, Cheetahs, Leopards, Elephants and other wildlife before settling into camp.

Day 6
Central Serengeti | Predator Country & Big Cat Action – Spend the day exploring the Seronera Valley and surrounding plains, following fresh tracks and wildlife movements through one of the Serengeti’s richest year-round wildlife areas. Enjoy a secluded bush breakfast or picnic before continuing into the afternoon, with opportunities for Lion, Leopard, Cheetah and Elephant encounters as the Serengeti changes beneath the evening light.

Day 7
Central Serengeti | Great Migration & Wildlife Encounters – Follow the seasonal movements of Wildebeest and Zebra when the Great Migration is in the area, while resident wildlife offers exceptional viewing throughout the year. Explore open plains and rocky kopjes where Lions rest, Cheetahs scan the grasslands and Leopards move through the riverine vegetation before an evening game drive.
