This safari starts at Cairo where you will first visit the Old Cairo and tour the old churches and the Coptic Museum. Afterwards Proceed to Giza Plateau, a tour to the Pyramids of Giza, where you will also see the Sphinx - one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Later take a tour to the Aswan dam, Kom Ombo and Edfu before visiting Luxor and ending your safari in Kenya's Masai Mara National Reserve - one of the new Seventh Wonders of the World.

Day 1: Departure

International flight departs from your country.

Day 2: Arrive Cairo

On arrival, you will be met at the airport and transfer to your hotel, on this evening attend a welcome dinner on the citadel Cruise along the Nile where you will also enjoy a light dance and show.

Day 3: Cairo/ Old Cairo/ Coptic Churches

After breakfast at your hotel, depart for a tour to Old Cairo, where you will visit the old churches and the Coptic Museum at Sharia Mar Girgis. Old Cairo is home to Ancient Coptic Churches. In the afternoon you will visit St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church run by the Comboni Missionaries, formed in 1888 to accommodate displaced Nubians fleeing from the revolution of Northern Sudan and the persecution of Christian institutions.

Old Cairo is a large district of southern Cairo that stretches from Garden City down to Coptic Cairo. It is the home of the Cairo Coptic Christian community. Coptic Orthodox Church traces its founding back to Saint Mark the Apostle in 42 AD, one of the oldest churches to see. You will also be in a position to see the Hanging Church (Kineeset al-Muallaqa), one of the famous church in Cairo. The other attraction to see is the Coptic Museum at Sharia Mar Girgis which houses ancient artifacts from late Roman times and beyond.

Day 4: Giza Plateau/ Memphis /Sakkarra

After breakfast at your hotel, depart for a tour to the Pyramids of Giza, where you will also see the Sphinx -one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. It is here the remains of the Solar Boat of Cheops are displayed. In the afternoon drive to Sakkara, the ancient "Necropolis" of the Old Kingdom's Capital. You will have a chance to visit other pyramids and tombs, including "The Step Pyramid", the oldest known Pyramid. Enjoy The Pyramids lights and sound Show. Later visit Khan El Khalili Bazaar - an Oriental Bazaar that goes back to the 10th century.

Day 5: Cairo / Aswan

On this day, after breakfast transfer to airport for flight to Aswan, on arrival you will be met and transfer to your Cruise ship and proceed for a tour to Elephantine Island by Sail Boat, you will visit Nubia, situated southern Egypt.

Thousands of Nubians from the north were forced to relocate from their endangered homelands to be resettled in Egypt and Sudan. It is homeland of Africa's earliest black culture which can be traced from 3100 BC, through Nubian monuments and artifacts, as well as written records from Egypt and Rome.

In the last hundred years, Nubia has slowly yielded its secrets, its vanished peoples, abandoned cities and lost kingdoms brought to light by the excavator and analysis of inscriptions. This exhibit is a selection of objects recovered over twenty years ago by the Oriental Institute Nubian Expedition in the effort to rescue archaeology from the rising water behind the Aswan Dam.

Day 6: Aswan/Kom Ombo/Edfu

After breakfast, you will Visit the Awan High Dam and the temple of Philae, later sail to Kom Ombo. Visit the Temple of Kom Ombo. In the afternoon you will visit the temple shared by the two Gods Sobek (the crocodile god) and Haroeris (the falcon god). Afterwards sail to Edfu.

Day 7: Edfu / Esna / Luxor

After breakfast, on this day you will tour the temple of Horus in Edfu in the morning hours. Edfu was the cult centre of Horus the falcon god. It is perhaps the best preserved of ancient temples of Egypt. Two majestic granite falcons adorn the entrance and some of the walls bear reliefs depicting Horus. Later return to Nile Cruiser where you will have lunch on board as you sail to Esna and cross the Lock and later sail to Luxor.

Day 8: Luxor

On this day cross the West Bank where you will visit the Necropolis of Thebes, Valley of the Kings, the temple of Queen Hatshepust and the Colossi of Memnon. In the afternoon you will visit the Temple of Karnak and Luxor, and later in the evening attend The Karnaks Lights and sound show.

Day 9: Luxor/ Cairo / Nairobi, Kenya

On this day after breakfast disembark from Cruise Ship, visit the Coptic Catholic Church in the village of Hagazah founded in 1890 by the Franciscan Minor Brothers. You will have dinner at a local restaurant later transfer to the airport for your flight to Cairo to connect with your flight to Nairobi; meet assist at the airport and transfer to your hotel.

Dinner and Overnight at Sarova Panafric Hotel or Similar.

Day 10: Nairobi

0090hrs, After breakfast, depart Nairobi Nairobi National Museum, where you will sample Kenya's rich heritage. Lunch will be served at Sarova Panafric. Later proceed to Nairobi Safari Walk and Animal orphanage in the afternoon .you will have Dinner at the popular Carnivore Restaurant.

Overnight at Savora Panafric Hotel or Similar.

Day 11: Nairobi / Masai Mara

After breakfast drive to Masai Mara National Reserve to arrive in time for Lunch at the lodge. At 1600hrs proceed for an evening game drive till dusk.

The Masai Mara is famous for the Wildebeest Migration and it is rich in abundance of wildlife. You will easily spot the “Big Five”. Other animals that you will spot are hippos, hyenas, crocodiles, giraffe, buffalo, wildebeests, zebras, jackals, warthogs, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes and elephant.

Dinner and Overnight at Masai Mara Sopa Lodge or Similar.

Day 12: Masai Mara National Reserve

0630 hrs - early morning game drive in the Mara. Return to the lodge for breakfast. Spend the rest of the morning at leisure. After lunch and relaxation at the lodge, at 1600 hrs proceed for an afternoon game drive till dusk.

Dinner and Overnight at Masai Mara Sopa Lodge or Similar.

Day 13: Masai Mara National Reserve

On this day proceed for an early morning game drive, later return to the lodge for breakfast, after breakfast you can opt to visit the Masai Village or Visit The Basecamp Masai Band Project which was started in 2003.Return to the lodge for Lunch and at 1600 hrs proceed for an afternoon game drive till dusk.

Basecamp Masai Brand main aim is to empower disadvantaged women's groups in the Talek region of the Masai Mara in Kenya, and to maintain and enhance the handicraft skills, knowledge and designs of the Maasais’ famous bead and leather work. You will have the opportunity to socialize with the local women and see how they make the beads.

Dinner and Overnight at Masai Mara Sopa Lodge or Similar.

Day 14: Return to Nairobi

After breakfast return to Nairobi to arrive later in the afternoon. Farewell Dinner at the Karen Blixen Restaurant. Later Transfer to the airport for onward flight.
